Service

We provide a tool that submits e-invoices to LHDN MyInvois on your behalf. Submission success depends on LHDN's API and your own ERP registration with LHDN.

Your responsibilities

Ensure your TIN, BRN, and other shop details match your MyTax record.
Ensure your LHDN ERP credentials are valid and renewed before expiry.
Review submitted invoices for accuracy. We are not liable for incorrect data you submit.
Comply with all Malaysian tax laws.

Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it on Free/Starter/Pro tiers. Enterprise tier includes a 99.9% SLA.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at a flat rate. There are no per-invoice or overage charges.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in your billing settings. Plan stays active until period end, then reverts to Free.

Refunds

30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. 3-invoice validation guarantee: full refund + 1 free month if your first 3 invoices don't validate within 14 days. See refund policy.

Liability

We are not liable for LHDN penalties resulting from late submissions, validation errors, or service downtime. You remain responsible for compliance.

Fair use and anti-circumvention

Plan limits apply per taxpayer (TIN), not per account. The following are prohibited:

Creating multiple accounts under the same TIN to bypass invoice quotas.
Splitting a single business across multiple subscriptions to access a lower-tier plan than your actual volume requires.
Sharing one paid account across separate legal entities or unrelated taxpayers.

We monitor account activity for these patterns. When detected, we reserve the right to:

Merge duplicate accounts under a single subscription.
Retroactively invoice the difference between the plan tier used and the tier appropriate for the actual aggregate usage.
Suspend or terminate accounts found to be circumventing fair-use limits.

Legitimate branches of the same business (e.g., multiple outlets under one corporate TIN) are welcome on a single subscription. Contact us if you need help configuring branches under one plan.

Audit

We may request reasonable verification of your business identity (SSM documents, MyInvois Taxpayer Profile screenshots, etc.) when subscription patterns suggest fair-use violations. Refusal to verify, or evidence of intentional circumvention, may result in account suspension.
